How to ask for a refund

Refunds are decided by the organizer of each event. TixNow issues tickets and records refund requests, but does not refund tickets automatically and does not process refunds on an organizer's behalf. Contact the organizer directly using the links on the event page. If you cannot reach them, get in touch through our contact page and we will try to put you in touch. We cannot approve or issue a refund for them.
