Refund Policy

Who decides
Refunds are decided by the organizer of each event. TixNow issues tickets and records refund requests, but does not refund tickets automatically and does not process refunds on an organizer's behalf.
Organizer terms
Each organizer may publish their own refund terms, shown on the event page before you pay. Where an organizer has not set any, there is no default entitlement to a refund beyond what the law requires.
Cancelled events
If an organizer cancels an event, your tickets stop being valid and you will be emailed. Any refund is arranged by the organizer. It is not automatic, and the amount and timing are theirs to decide.
How to ask for a refund
Contact the organizer directly using the links on the event page. If you cannot reach them, get in touch through our contact page and we will try to put you in touch. We cannot approve or issue a refund for them.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law in your country, which apply regardless of an organizer's terms.
